How long does production take?

What file formats can I send for my logo?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF. For best results, we recommend SVG or high-resolution PNG (at least 300 DPI).
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all our lights come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in LEDs and electronic components.
Can I see a sample before the final order?
Yes! We send a digital preview (mockup) before production for your approval.
